We are in an exciting phase with the tool for investors. I keep calling it that but it is actually now a tool for Amazon sellers. It allows complete management from the purchase to the sale of the product, covering every small step necessary.
Right now we are implementing it in our day to day. It was time to take the step honestly but as always there were delays that have put us off. When you think you have everything under control comes the next surprise.

Setting up a company for the tool
In reality we don’t have to set up anything phone number library because we already have companies for this that we could simply give a new use for. The idea is to involve people in the project through participations in the company.
Participations within the company
This is the question. How to value the participation of each one? I don’t have all the answers here. I don’t think I can apply the typical valuation that is made with a start-up, but I’m not going to apply that of a normal company either.
Necessary investment
I obviously haven’t thought about this either. It’s a matter of planning how we want to bring the tool to market. The minimum investment furthermore, when a campaign doesn’t work required is for development and subsequent maintenance. I estimate that by 2024 we will need at least 30,000 euros. It’s not that much because we only count paying for the development of the tool.
Development and launch phases
We could start and finish it in 2024. In 2024 we powder data would have developed version 2.0 of the tool. In 2025 we would launch it on our own Amazon accounts. In 2027 the first customers would be using it.
Assembling a team
If we want to do it seriously we have to take the step and plan the formation of a team for it. It won’t be easy to find the right people but it never is. I have some candidates in mind for this.
